I suggest you stop losing sleep over the kilos and start focusing on what is really important, your HEALTH :)
The thing is when you get your nutrition right the kilos and, more importantly, the fat comes off ;)
Call it eating clean, eating naked, eating whole foods, eating raw... whatever you call it, what it does is the same.
It nourishes you from the inside out.
Your body begins to work properly, you don't get as sick, you have more energy, your moods are evened out and you are able to be the BEST version of yourself.
It's about getting MAXIMUM nourishment from NATURAL sources.
It's not a fad.
It's a way of life and I believe it's where we all need to be heading. To survive the 21st century. Actually no, not just to survive. To THRIVE. To live VIVIDLY!
There is sooooo much information out there for you to find if you want to follow this path, which reaffirms my belief that this is not a fad but a real, proven way to live rather than exist.
Some of you may already be living this life. Some of you may be on the path at various stages of your journey. Some of you may be interested in taking the first step on this journey. That's what it is, a journey of self discovery of clarity, of real true health.
It does NOT need to be scary. It may seem strange at first, the unknown usually does. What I have found, whilst on my journey, is that my thirst for knowledge or 'hunger for change' ;) has grown with every new bit of information I have discovered.
There are talks/seminars/workshops you can attend, blogs/pages to follow, articles/books to read...
How much time and energy do you 'waste' everyday feeling bad about what you're eating or wishing you felt different or looked different? Imagine if you put that time and energy into finding to how to give your body what it needs so it can be it's BEST for you?
I am very passionate about good health and since I've started my journey I've been astounded at how little I knew, how little as a society we know. Once you know this stuff it seems that it should be common knowledge, but a lot of it is not. I hope for this to change :)
Life is a journey and we are always learning.
As I continue to learn I would also like to pass on my knowledge and help inspire you.
